Mission
Support the organization of the Martin Fourcade Nordic Festival with our human relations management skills
Project
The Martin Fourcade Nordic Festival is THE Nordic festival of the summer, held for the past 5 years on the Paquier in Annecy. This flagship event, which gathered 39,300 festival-goers, features official races, an exhibitor village, and concerts. Our agency has now had the pleasure of working for four editions alongside Alexis Boeuf, Martin Fourcade, and their organizing teams.
Both beforehand and on-site, we have been responsible for volunteer coordination, including:
– Needs: identifying tasks with sector leads
– Resources: recruiting skilled personnel
– Assignments: allocating volunteers to operational tasks
We have also managed the Organization HQ coordination in partnership with the general manager, aiming to ensure smooth communication among all sector leads, staff, and volunteers.
Since 2024, we have newly extended support to the communications team, providing live content creation and community management.
