Project Description
TERRE DE L’ALPE TOUR
Mission
Designing, deploying and running an event system for 50 dates, per season.
Project
The Sherpa Supermarché cooperative asked us in September 2022 to organize a promotional tour for their “Terre de l’Alpe” range through the French Alps.
On the program of the fifty dates: free tasting of local products, near Sherpa supermarkets in ski resorts.
To meet the demand, we took up some challenges:
The time constraint.
>> To imagine an optimized road-show with the idea of 1 day = 1 resort on fifty dates, with the objective of encouraging short term accommodation in the valley for the animators.
The constraint of the stand.
>> Design a functional, light and robust tool. Easy to assemble and disassemble, adaptable to all weather conditions and to the particularities of each location.
The logistic constraint.
>> Customize the interior of the “Terre de l’Alpe Tour” vehicle to facilitate the storage of the stand each day and the deployment of the next day.
The constraint of recruitment.
>> To look for an autonomous pair for this operation in the mountains with a good feeling for the animation. We promoted a “dream job” with very attractive conditions. In addition to covering the costs of accommodation, food and travel, we defined a generous budget for alpine activities.
After two months of work between office and field for the tests… The tour started on December 18th and ended on March 11th 2023.
In parallel to the editing and animation, we told the adventure of TomTom & Lala, our two animators, through Instagram stories & a dedicated movie.
Finally, in order to collect data, we used a photobooth with a background and disguises, so that holidaymakers could leave with their memories.

Testimonies
Client
“Feel Expérience’s major and indispensable asset is its knowledge of the mountains. When we chose them to organize our “tasting of regional products” road-show, we knew we were in good hands: weather conditions were anticipated, accessibility checked, design of an aesthetic and functional stand… We were also able to count on them to recruit a duo of entertainers who would stand up to the shock of a 50-date tour. The result: satisfied Sherpa members and customers! We look forward to continuing our partnership with Feel next year for another tour!”

“It was a great experience. Meeting all the members… it was very emotional and human. We discovered a profession, we discovered members, they are very passionate and they passed on their values to us”.

“I think it will remain a unique experience to do 50 stations in one season. We discovered a lot of people, it was really great! Whether it was between us and the members, between us and the customers… In terms of life experience, it was just unique and incredible”.
Tom Veille – TDA Tour booth host

“A very good initiative from the Cooperative, to be repeated. It creates a real nice animation and highlights the TDA products. For us managers, it’s also an opportunity to spend a very pleasant moment with our customers because the 2 animators take care of everything.
